Exchange Policy

Exchange for size or color
Due to our international fulfillment model, we do not offer automatic exchanges for size, color, or model. However, if the mistake is caused by Manvola or the supplier (for example, wrong size shipped), we will replace the item at no cost.

Shipping costs
If the customer wishes to exchange a product by choice (e.g., for another size), shipping and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Example:
If a customer orders a medium blazer but receives a large, Manvola will replace it free of charge. If they simply wish to change the color, the reshipping fee will apply.
