Return and Refund Policy

Return period
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Refund process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund will be issued either to your credit card or via bank transfer.

Defective items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including photos and a brief description of the issue. Manvola will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund after verification.

If a shirt arrives with a loose seam, simply send us a photo. Our team will verify the case and issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
